Divergence
The discovery phase was truly a divergent process for me. I explored nested systems within systems at different scales - from cellular to planetary. I explored what it means to be whole at the different levels of being - mind, body and soul. I explored human value systems through the Spiral Dynamics model and compared these to Natures value systems, known to us as Life's Principles.

I also explored learning theories and connected deeply with experiential and embodied learning practices.
Learning Theories
I also explored various learning theories and connected deeply with experiential and embodied learning practices. As children we learn with our whole being, playing, climbing, rolling. We allow emotions to flow through us and can go from belly laughing to crocodile tears in moments. We imagine and explore magical realms with no boundaries, we ask thousands of "what if" questions. We draw and build and break down. Our whole selves are engaged in defining who we become and how we engage with the world around us.
